Fraunhofer Institute for Environmental, Safety, and Energy Technology paves the way for a sustainable energy and resource industry, provides scientific facts and realises the transfer in companies, society and politics.

Currently, there are almost 500 committed employees, convincing our cooperation partners with sustainable products, processes and services. Three locations in Oberhausen, Sulzbach-Rosenberg and Willich (Plastics Technical Center) belong to Fraunhofer UMSICHT.
